TCSRD, supporting the mission to reduce avoidable blindness organises eye camps and conducts eye checkups for the community residing around its plant area. TCSRD in collaboration with Gandhi Eye Hospital of Aligarh has been conducting eye camps and treating cataract and other eye ailments. In the Babrala region, TCSRD also provides medicines and spectacles free of cost to the really needy people.

Under the project Vision 2020, TCSRD does the eye check up of the school children. It screens the children for basic eye problems and also provides spectacles or medicines.
