TCSRD has partnered with some of the known and reputed training organizations with proficiency in different fields (both government and non government). Capacity building of stakeholders such as community development volunteers/team, community and village institutions etc.is done on various aspects such as community mobilization, participatory rural appraisal techniques, motivation, group formation, leadership, institution building, environment education etc.

CHETNA, Ahmedabad, Center for Environment Education, Ahmedabad; Aakar Charitable trust, Ahemdabad; SAHYOG, Lucknow, St.John’s Ambulance Association, Lucknow; National Institute of Fashion Technology, Ahmedabad, International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career development, Ahmedabad ; TISS, Mumbai are some of the prominent organizations with which TCSRD has tied up for capacity building support. Capacity building is a central theme in all programs and is the keystep towards attaining sustainability.
